David Dunn

Having spent over 20 years in real estate in the Halifax, Bedford, Dartmouth, Chester and surrounding areas, I have a feel for what is important to its residents. With well-rounded experience in all areas of the industry, I pride myself on being a one-stop-shop for buyers and sellers. I have combined my dedication and experience to making a giant footprint in the high-end south end market in Halifax as well as spending equal time and efforts marketing and selling properties in all price ranges and communities of the HRM and outside areas. My ability to listen and understand my client’s needs has allowed me to continuously achieve my client’s goals and expectations. My personable and professional character has allowed me to build and maintain solid relationships, which is why my business has grown primarily from referrals and repeat clients. Because of these relationships and the quality of service I provide, I have been Royal Lepage’s #1 agent in Atlantic Canada from 2009-present. In 2013 I became a member of the Royal LePage's Chairmans Club which rewards the top 1% of real estate agents in the company out of 16,500 REALTORS® across Canada and I have been able to be in this club ever since. I look forward to working with you.

Joel Flewelling

I never planned on being a REALTOR® but it seemed like a natural fit. 30 years in the hospitality and service industries, including 12 years as an entrepreneur prepared me for it. Opening FRED. on the corner of North and Agricola streets spurred a renaissance in the North End and we were at the heart of it. The relationships we had with our customers and the community set us apart.

I believe every client should be treated like the best client, to always go over and above what is expected to deliver the most desirable outcome and the client is the most valuable part of the relationship. Always.

Buying or selling a home is one of the most important decisions and transactions we have to make. Having a trusted relationship with the right realtor is key to ensuring an extraordinary experience. For 12 years as an entrepreneur my core belief was to elevate everything to extraordinary. That is exactly the same ethos I bring to my clients as a REALTOR®.

Molly Sexton

Molly Sexton is a Cape Bretoner through and through. Born and raised in Sydney, she left for a short stint to see what else was out there, but realized that Nova Scotia was where her heart was and moved home. She has always been interested in the housing market, watching it closely even before getting her license, so it seemed a natural progression for her to enter into this field. She is committed to helping her clients navigate one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lives and prides herself on her ability to offer that guiding hand in helping clients through every stage of the buying or selling process.

Molly resides in the St. Margaret's Bay area with her family and loves the ocean views but knows that the city center is always within reach. When she's not helping people buy or sell homes, you will find her dancing or traveling, and just like she is committed to her family-oriented values, Molly strives to create long lasting relationships with her clients built on trust.

Martina Neuer

I hold Canadian and German citizenship which, together with my educational background as a Foreign Language Correspondence Professional, allows for substantial experience living in and working with diverse cultures. After extending my education into the business administration sector with a Major in Tourism, I established my own Travel Agency in Regensburg, Germany which I  ran successfully for 12 years, enabling me to visit many parts of this world before moving to Canada, Nova Scotia, something I had been dreaming about since I was a child.  I feel that it was here, on the Province’s wild and beautiful Eastern Shore, that I, both literally and figuratively, “found my home”.

The peaceful lifestyle and unhurried pace of life on the shore allows me to spend treasured time in nature and my garden and it is here that I took up painting on birch bark.

In 2009 I started my career in Real Estate. I am thrilled with the way Real Estate and Relocation meshes with my educational and employment background as well as my passion for helping others to call Nova Scotia home.

However, he travelled to the Seychelles to purchase an island for himself for 5000 Marks. Upon arriving there he found out that he was not able to afford the island he wished to purchase. He returned home and started looking for a buyer for the same island. He started sending letters to affluent businessman with the details of the island. He found a buyer and sold the island, the Cousine Island in 1971. After selling the island, he founded Vladi Private Islands to sell and rent private islands.
