After extending my education into the business administration sector with a Major in Tourism, I established my own Travel Agency in Regensburg, Germany which I ran successfully for 12 years, enabling me to visit many parts of this world before moving to Canada, Nova Scotia, something I had been dreaming about since I was a child. I feel that it was here, on the Province’s wild and beautiful Eastern Shore, that I, both literally and figuratively, “found my home”.

The peaceful lifestyle and unhurried pace of life on the shore allows me to spend treasured time in nature and my garden and it is here that I took up painting on birch bark.
